WhiteShore Films is an independent Christian film company based in Shelby, Michigan. It was started in January 2011 and has since produced a 30 minute short (Ping-Pong Master), several music videos, multiple short comedy skits, and is currently in post-production for our first great film, The Taker. While making movies is our passion, and is fun and exciting for us, we have further and deeper reasons for working in this industry. We believe that there is a critical need for strong, Biblically solid Christian films in our society and culture. It is often implied that film is the most influential medium today. And as of now, Hollywood has dominance over this medium. That is why now is the time for Christian film companies like WhiteShore Films to rise up and fight against Hollywood. Christians have surrendered to Hollywood for far too long. It is an exciting time to live, with dozens of small film companies rising up all over North America with the same mission as WhiteShore Films. This is your opportunity to be part of this movement, this mission, to create quality films that are refreshing, rather than defiling.
